Report a rescue emergency
If an animal, bird or reptile is bleeding, unable to move, trapped or in immediate danger — call the helpline first. A phone call always reaches the team faster than a form.
Please call our helpline
Online rescue reporting is coming soon. Until then, please call our helpline to report an animal, bird or reptile in distress. The rescue team answers 24×7 and will ask you for the exact location.
Keep your phone free after calling — the team may call back to confirm the spot.
What helps, and what hurts
A frightened or injured animal bites. Do not try to lift, feed or give water to an unconscious animal.
Move traffic and onlookers away if you can, and shade the animal from direct sun. Keep dogs and children back.
Do not pull the string. It cuts deeper. Cover the bird loosely with a cloth and wait for the team.
Keep your phone free — the team will call to confirm the spot. Send a live location on WhatsApp if we ask.
