These terms apply to every online donation made to PRAYAS Team Environment Charitable Trust — referred to as “PRAYAS” throughout this page.
We would rather answer first than refund later. Write to us and we will explain exactly where the money goes.

Following are the terms and conditions for online donation to PRAYAS.
PRAYAS believes that you have gone through the website, and by all other means found us deserving of your donation. The donation is therefore not made in error in any way.
All payment-related information — credit card and debit card details — is captured on the bank’s page for transactional purposes only. Please refer to their privacy policy for the privacy of your card details.
Any registration you have completed is with PRAYAS. The personal details given at registration are not forwarded to the payment gateway agency, Razorpay.
We assure you that the donation you make will be used for the purpose you are donating for. By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing that you trust PRAYAS for the ethical use of your money.
Cancellation Policy
As you are making a donation and not placing an order, it is executed immediately and comes into effect at once. There is no way to cancel a payment you have completed the process for. If you are not willing to pay, you can stop the process here itself — once you complete the payment flow it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We do not refund donations, as we believe you have donated after all considerations and after satisfying all your concerns.
Should funds be transferred by any kind of human or technical error, you need to intimate us within 24 hours of the payment transfer. We will look into the matter and consider whether anything can be done. The decision on a refund rests solely with us, and if we do agree to refund, all transaction charges will be your liability.
