Fund a whole project, a single line item, or a year of running costs. We will send a written proposal with a budget for whichever you pick, and report against it.

Running costs of the 10,000 sq ft hospital shelter — medicines, consumables, veterinary salaries and the operating theatre that performs 50+ surgeries a month.

Animal welfare · Schedule VII (iv)
Ambulance fleet

Fuel, servicing and crew for one four-wheel and four two-wheel ambulances, or funding a new ambulance outright in your company's name.

Animal welfare · Schedule VII (iv)
Sterilisation & anti-rabies

Mass sterilisation and vaccination drives — the only humane way to bring down street-animal numbers and rabies risk in a ward.

Public health & animal welfare
Wildlife rehabilitation

The only wildlife rehabilitation shelter in Surat, with an expert veterinary and rehabilitation team, releasing birds and wildlife back to the wild.

Environmental sustainability
Tree transplantation & protection

Moving grown-up trees out of the path of construction instead of felling them, and the Surat Tree Watch protection network.

CSR enquiry

Tell us who you are and what your CSR process needs from us. A trustee replies within two working days — with the documents you tick below attached.

Which documents does your process need?
Goes to our trustees at info@prayas-india.org
Prefer to talk first?

Call or write and we will arrange a visit to the hospital shelter and the rehab shelter. Seeing the work settles most due-diligence questions faster than a document pack does.

How we report back
A written proposal with a line-item budget before any money moves
Photographs, case records and rescue data for the work your grant funded
A CA-certified utilisation certificate at the close of the financial year
A site visit whenever you want one — no appointment theatre
Please note

CSR contributions must come from the company’s Indian accounts. Foreign contributions follow a separate route — see our FCRA disclosures.
